FREE EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges. Please contact us at sales@rockinfootwear.com to begin your exchange. We will issue a shipping label and prepare the requested items you wish to exchange. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship out your exchange right away and notify you via the email provided.
FREE 30 DAY RETURNS
We offer free returns on all unused items within 30 days of receiving the item. To return, please contact us at sales@rockinfootwear.com. Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If any items are damaged or incorrect upon upon receiving, please contact us at sales@rockinfootwear.com. Our team will ensure that any issues with incorrect or damaged items are resolved immediately. Thank you!
REFUND INFORMATION
Our team will notify you when we have received your return items. Once inspected and approved, you will be automatically refunded the full purchase price onto your original payment method.
